Eligibility for Money Back Guarantee

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• A valid proof of purchase, such as an order number, must be provided.

How to Initiate a Return

2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
3. Ship the product back to TYRIONEX using the address provided by our customer service representative.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, TYRIONEX will process your refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions

The Money Back Guarantee does not cover products that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Final sale and clearance items are also exempt from returns or refunds.
